Commercial / Cost Control
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage project cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and contract administration for civil works.
Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
Evaluate tenders and subcontractor quotations
Monitor project costs and variations
Prepare interim payment certificates
Contract administration and claims management
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil quantity surveying
GCC project experience preferred
Strong knowledge of construction contracts
Experience in cost control and budgeting
Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Transferable Visa with NOC
Locally available in Qatar
Immediate joiners preferred
