Location: Doha , Qatar
Experience: Minimum 5 years in GCC construction field
Driving License: Valid Qatar driving license
Age: Between 25-40

Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Secretary (Female) with experience in the construction industry to provide administrative support and ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with project coordination, including scheduling and tracking project milestones.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, procurement, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a secretary, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Valid Qatar driving license.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be aged between 25-40.
  • Local candidates with a transferable Visa/NOC preferred.
