Steadfast Trading & Contracting WLL is urgently hiring experienced and highly qualified professionals for ongoing building and infrastructure projects in Qatar. We are seeking technically strong candidates with GCC experience who can join immediately.
Engineering – Structural Design
Responsible for structural analysis and design of buildings and infrastructure projects. The candidate must ensure structural safety and compliance with international and Qatar standards.
Perform structural analysis and calculations
Prepare structural drawings and reports
Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams
Ensure compliance with codes and project requirements
Review and approve shop drawings
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in structural design
Experience in high-rise and commercial projects preferred
Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro or similar software
Strong understanding of structural codes and standards
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent reporting and communication skills
Transferable Visa with NOC
Locally available in Qatar
Immediate joiners preferred
