Location: Doha , Qatar
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the marble & stone field

Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Supervisor/Foreman with extensive experience in the marble and stone industry. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations on site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage marble and stone installation and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee the work of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and design requirements.
• Manage inventory and ordering of materials and tools.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 5+ years in the marble and stone field.
• Strong knowledge of marble and stone installation techniques and materials.
• Experience in supervising a team and managing projects.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a valid Qatar driving license.
• Local candidates with a transferable Visa/NOC preferred.
