PURCHASING CLERK – Vehicle Spare Parts

🔹 Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Clerk responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring vehicle spare parts for heavy equipment and fleet vehicles. The candidate must ensure timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Source reliable spare parts suppliers locally and internationally

  • Obtain quotations and negotiate prices

  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to workshop/store

  • Maintain procurement records and documentation

  • Coordinate with Storekeeper and Workshop team

🎓 Qualification:

  • Minimum High School Diploma

  • Diploma in Supply Chain / Procurement is a plus

💼 Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts purchasing

  • Experience in heavy vehicle/truck spare parts procurement preferred

🛠 Required Skills:

  • Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of vehicle spare parts market

  • Inventory planning and procurement coordination

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, ERP if any)

  • Good English communication skills

➕ Additional Requirements:

  • Transferable Visa with NOC

  • Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License preferred
