Procurement / Spare Parts
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Clerk responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring vehicle spare parts for heavy equipment and fleet vehicles. The candidate must ensure timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing.
Source reliable spare parts suppliers locally and internationally
Obtain quotations and negotiate prices
Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
Ensure timely delivery of materials to workshop/store
Maintain procurement records and documentation
Coordinate with Storekeeper and Workshop team
Minimum High School Diploma
Diploma in Supply Chain / Procurement is a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts purchasing
Experience in heavy vehicle/truck spare parts procurement preferred
Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills
Knowledge of vehicle spare parts market
Inventory planning and procurement coordination
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, ERP if any)
Good English communication skills
Transferable Visa with NOC
Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License preferred
Salary Negotiable based on experience and market value
