The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and organizing a team of staff members, supervising daily operations, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department. The role also includes handling accounting-related tasks, monitoring financial records, and assisting management in decision-making.
The candidate must demonstrate leadership qualities, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
Accounting background is mandatory
Additional management or leadership training is an advantage
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting or supervisory role
Experience in handling accounts and team coordination
GCC experience preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Ability to prepare financial reports and maintain records
Good communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Time management and organizational skills
