The Site Engineer will supervise day-to-day construction activities, manage manpower, ensure work progress as per schedule, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors. The candidate must ensure that all site activities meet safety and quality standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building construction
Experience in site supervision & execution
Knowledge of drawings & BOQ
Strong technical knowledge of civil works
Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors
Reading and interpreting construction drawings
Planning & coordination skills
Good communication and problem-solving ability
