Job Description:
Lead and manage construction and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise project teams and subcontractors
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Monitor progress, budgets, and technical compliance
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Knowledge of project management tools and contract administration
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
