Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
UPDA Certified (If applicable)
Job Description:
Monitor project budgets and control project costs effectively.
Prepare cost reports and ensure financial discipline throughout project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain cost control systems
Analyze project expenditures and forecast financial outcomes
Coordinate with procurement and project teams
Skills Required:
Strong financial and analytical skills
Expertise in cost management software
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting methods
✔ UPDA Certification (Mandatory for Engineering roles)
✔ Strong experience in building construction projects
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Immediate availability preferred
✔ Proven Gulf experience required
