Job Description (2 Lines):

The Business Development – Education professional will manage and grow a newly established education and business consulting company, handling admissions, partnerships, and overall operations. The role focuses on revenue generation, strategic growth, and market expansion.


Role Overview & Explanation:

This is a senior-level opportunity designed for an experienced professional who can independently run and develop the company. The position offers high commission and equity/partnership options instead of a fixed salary, making it ideal for entrepreneurial and result-driven candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operations of the education consulting business

  • Handle student admission processing for universities, colleges, and institutions

  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions and service providers

  • Lead business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth

  • Conduct negotiations with partners, students, and stakeholders

  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies

  • Build brand presence and expand market reach


Industry Experience Required (Mandatory):

  • Education Consulting

  • Student Admissions & Processing

  • Business Development & Marketing

  • Negotiation and Partnership Management


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field)

  • Master’s Degree is an added advantage


Experience:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in Education Consulting or related business

  • Strong background in managing education admissions and consulting operations
