The Project Manager will lead and manage road and infrastructure projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with authority standards, quality, safety, and timelines. The role involves coordination with government authorities, consultants, and site teams.
Manage end-to-end execution of road works and infrastructure projects
Ensure compliance with Ashghal, Kahramaa, QatarEnergy (QE), and Lusail authority requirements
Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Supervise engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams
Monitor progress, quality, safety, and cost control
Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings
Proven experience in Road Works under Ashghal
Experience in Kahramaa, QatarEnergy (QE), and Lusail Projects is highly preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Valid Classification Certificate – Grade A / B / C (Mandatory)
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects
Strong background in Qatar authority-approved projects
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Strong knowledge of road construction standards and specifications
Planning, scheduling, and reporting expertise
Effective communication and coordination abilities
Valid Qatar ID (QID)
Transferable Visa with NOC (Mandatory)
