The BIM Coordinator will coordinate BIM models across disciplines to ensure clash-free and accurate project delivery. The role supports the BIM Manager and project teams in daily coordination activities.
Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
Maintain BIM data and model updates
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and workflows
Support meetings and technical coordination sessions
Assist in model submissions and documentation
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
Strong coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and time-management abilities
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
