The BIM Manager will lead and manage BIM implementation across projects, ensuring coordination, accuracy, and efficiency in digital construction models. The role oversees BIM standards, teams, and project delivery.
Develop and manage BIM execution plans
Lead BIM teams and coordinate with consultants and contractors
Ensure model accuracy, clash detection, and coordination
Set BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
Support project planning and decision-making
Train and guide BIM staff
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 7–10 years of experience, with 5+ years in BIM management
Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and related tools
Strong leadership and coordination skills
In-depth knowledge of construction workflows
Problem-solving and project management abilities
