The Sales Engineer / Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling HVAC spares and related materials to contractors, suppliers, and project sites. The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Sell HVAC spares including refrigerants, copper pipes, insulation, and ducting materials
Visit contractors, consultants, and project sites to generate sales
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management

Copper Pipes and Insulation
Ducting Materials
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, or related field
3–4 years of proven experience in HVAC spare parts sales in Qatar or GCC
Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
Knowledge of HVAC systems and materials
Target-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
Transferable Visa with NOC (Mandatory)
