Job Description (2 Lines):

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for real estate properties, ensuring high standards of building functionality and tenant satisfaction. The role involves supervising technicians, planning maintenance activities, and coordinating with management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

• Inspect properties and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers

• Prepare reports, maintenance logs, and cost estimates

• Handle tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Property / Real Estate Maintenance in Qatar

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills

• Knowledge of building maintenance systems

• Excellent organizational and reporting skills

• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities

License Requirement:

• Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
