The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for real estate properties, ensuring high standards of building functionality and tenant satisfaction. The role involves supervising technicians, planning maintenance activities, and coordinating with management.
Supervise maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
Inspect properties and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
Prepare reports, maintenance logs, and cost estimates
Handle tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution
Minimum Diploma or higher in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in Property / Real Estate Maintenance in Qatar
Strong leadership and team supervision skills
Knowledge of building maintenance systems
Excellent organizational and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
