Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and service coordination while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth communication between customers and service teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Customer service or hospitality training is an advantage
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in customer service
• Experience in automotive, car care, or service industry is a plus
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional & well-spoken personality
• Strong customer-handling & problem-solving ability
• Basic computer & scheduling skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
