Job Description:
Develop and expand the company’s client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities in MEP projects. Generate revenue, manage client relationships, and support project execution in coordination with the existing engineering and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
• MBA or business-related certification is an advantage
• Minimum 5–10 years experience in MEP contracting / engineering companies
• Strong existing client base in Qatar is mandatory
• Proven track record in business development & revenue generation
• Strong market knowledge of Qatar MEP sector
• Client acquisition & key account management
• Tendering, proposal & contract negotiation
• Revenue forecasting & business planning
• Leadership & coordination with project teams
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
