Job Description:
Drive sales growth for confectionery and food products by managing key accounts and expanding market presence across modern trade channels. Build strong relationships with retailers to achieve volume, distribution, and revenue targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Relevant sales certifications are an advantage
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in the Qatar market
• Proven track record in FMCG / Confectionery / Food products
• Strong experience in key account management
• Strong negotiation & sales closing skills
• Excellent knowledge of modern trade retailers in Qatar
• Channel development & market expansion
• Sales forecasting & reporting
• Relationship management with key clients
• Good communication & presentation skills
✔ Experience in Confectionery & Food Products is compulsory
✔ Established relationships with modern trade retailers
✔ Ability to meet sales targets and grow market share
✔ Locally available candidates preferred
