Job Description:
Carry out electrical and plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works across company facilities while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Support HVAC-related works and coordinate with maintenance teams for smooth daily operations.
• ITI / Trade Certificate / Diploma in Electrical or Plumbing
• Relevant technical certification preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in Electrical & Plumbing works
• HVAC knowledge is mandatory
• Electrical wiring, troubleshooting & repairs
• Plumbing installation, leak fixing & maintenance
• Basic HVAC system understanding & support
• Preventive & corrective maintenance
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of safety procedures
