Job Description:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies to ensure safe working practices across Oil & Gas sites. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and toolbox talks to maintain compliance with HSE regulations.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• HSE certifications preferred (NEBOSH / IOSH)
Experience:
• 15 years total experience
• Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas HSE roles
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Risk assessment & hazard analysis
• HSE audits & incident investigation
• Permit to Work (PTW) systems
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas safety standards
• Strong communication & reporting skills

✔ Total 15 years overall experience
✔ Minimum 10 years Oil & Gas industry experience
✔ Strong knowledge of international standards and procedures
✔ Excellent documentation and reporting skills
