📄 Job Description (2 Lines)

The HSE Officer will ensure compliance with QatarEnergy safety standards, conduct site safety monitoring, and support permit-to-work systems. The role includes enforcing safe work practices during refinery and industrial operations.

🎓 Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

• QE Approved HSE Officer – Mandatory

🧠 Experience

• Relevant Oil & Gas / Refinery / Industrial project experience in Qatar

• Experience working under QatarEnergy safety systems

🛠 Certifications & Training (Mandatory)

• H2S Certificate / Card from QE-approved 3rd Party

• Valid e-PTW (Electronic Permit to Work) from QatarEnergy

🛠 Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of QatarEnergy HSE policies & procedures

• Experience in site safety audits, toolbox talks, incident reporting

• Good communication and coordination skills
