POSITION 1: WELDING INSPECTOR (QATAR ENERGY APPROVED)

📍 Work Location

Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar

🏗 Department

QA/QC – Welding Inspection

🕒 Contract Duration

3 Months (Renewable based on performance & project requirement)

📄 Job Description (2 Lines)

The Welding Inspector will be responsible for inspecting welding activities to ensure compliance with QatarEnergy standards, approved WPS, and international codes. The role includes monitoring site welding work, documentation, and quality control reporting.

🎓 Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Welding Engineering

• QatarEnergy (QE) Approved Welding Inspector – Mandatory

🧠 Experience

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Welding Inspector

• Must have Oil & Gas / Industrial project experience in Qatar

🛠 Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of WPS, PQR, WPQ

• Familiar with ASME, AWS, ISO welding standards

• Experience in site inspection & reporting

• Ability to work independently on large-scale industrial sites

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• Valid Qatar ID (Local Hiring only)

• QatarEnergy Approval is compulsory
