Department: Commercial / Cost Control
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for fit-out and decorative projects.
Monitor project costs, variations, and assist in billing and final accounts.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in fit-out and decorative works in Qatar
Strong experience in PlanSwift software
Knowledge of fit-out materials, costing, and tender evaluation
Ability to handle variations and cost reports
Good coordination and documentation skills
