BIM Modeler (MEP / Architectural / Electrical)

🔎 Job Description (2 Lines):

The BIM Modeler develops coordinated BIM models and detailed drawings for MEP, Architectural, or Electrical disciplines. The role ensures clash-free models and compliance with project standards.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage BIM models using Revit

• Prepare shop drawings and construction documents

• Coordinate with other disciplines for clash detection

• Update models based on design changes

• Maintain BIM standards and documentation

🎓 Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Architecture

🛠 Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Revit (MEP / ARCH / ELEC)

• Knowledge of BIM workflows and standards

💼 Experience:
