The Architectural BIM Modeler develops detailed BIM models and drawings for architectural works. The role ensures accuracy, clash-free models, and compliance with project requirements.
Create and manage architectural BIM models
Prepare detailed drawings from BIM models
Coordinate with other disciplines for clash detection
Update models based on design changes
Maintain BIM standards and documentation
Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field
Proficiency in Revit Architecture
Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows
Attention to detail and coordination skills
Ability to meet project deadlines
Minimum 4–6 years BIM modeling experience
Qatar project experience preferred
