🔎 Job Description (2 Lines):

The HSE Officer ensures implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies in compliance with Ashghal and Qatar regulations. The role focuses on accident prevention, site inspections, and safety awareness.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor HSE plans as per Ashghal standards

  • Conduct site safety inspections and audits

  • Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions

  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions

  • Prepare HSE reports and incident investigations

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE regulations

🎓 Qualification:

  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent

  • Ashghal approval (mandatory)

🛠 Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Ashghal HSE standards

  • Risk assessment and hazard analysis

  • Excellent reporting and communication skills

  • Site supervision and safety enforcement

💼 Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years HSE experience in Qatar

  • Infrastructure or construction project experience preferred
