 Senior Security Supervisor

🔎 Job Description (2 Lines):

The Senior Security Supervisor manages multiple sites, supervisors, and large security teams while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. This is a leadership role requiring extensive security management experience.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple security sites and supervisors

• Coordinate manpower planning and deployment

• Liaise with clients and senior management

• Handle major incidents and investigations

• Ensure compliance with company and MOI regulations

• Prepare performance and operational reports

🎓 Qualification:

• Diploma or higher qualification preferred

• Advanced security training certification is an advantage

🛠 Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

• Client coordination and problem-solving skills

• Excellent reporting and documentation skills

• Knowledge of Qatar security laws and standards

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 7–10 years of private security experience

• Proven experience in senior supervisory or management role
