Job Description (2 Lines):
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project valuations while monitoring budgets and variations. Support contract administration and cost control throughout project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years experience in QS for civil projects
Skills Required:
BOQ preparation & cost estimation
Contract & variation management
Strong knowledge of construction materials
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline
✔️ Proven experience in Qatar or GCC projects preferred
✔️ Strong communication & coordination skills
✔️ Ability to work under project deadlines
✔️ Immediate availability is an advantage
