The Real Estate Sales Consultant is responsible for generating property sales through client acquisition, negotiations, and successful deal closures. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Identify, approach, and manage prospective property buyers
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate client and transaction records
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification (preferred)
Minimum 2+ years experience as a Real Estate Sales Consultant in Qatar
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong closing and persuasion abilities
Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
Knowledge of Qatar real estate market
Valid Qatar ID (QID)
Transferable visa / NOC
Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred)
