The Senior Security Supervisor manages multiple sites and supervisory teams to ensure high security standards. The role supports operations planning, performance monitoring, and client coordination.
Oversee multiple security sites and supervisors
Implement security strategies and operational plans
Conduct audits, training, and performance evaluations
Liaise with clients and senior management
Diploma / Degree in Security Management or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Senior Security Supervisor
Strong background in private security services in Qatar
Advanced leadership and decision-making
Client coordination and reporting
Risk assessment & security planning
Team management skills
Private security experience is mandatory
Transferable visa with valid NOC
Valid Qatar driving license
