The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring site safety, and enforcing security procedures. The role ensures discipline, compliance, and smooth daily security operations.
Supervise and manage security guards at assigned sites
Ensure compliance with company and client security policies
Handle incidents, reports, and shift schedules
Coordinate with management and clients on security matters
High School / Diploma or relevant security certification (preferred)
Previous experience as a Security Supervisor in a private security company
Qatar experience preferred
Leadership and team supervision
Incident handling & reporting
Good communication skills
Knowledge of security operations
