The Female Migration Officer will manage end-to-end visa and migration applications through online portals for Europe and other countries. The role requires strong knowledge of visa procedures, documentation, and client coordination.
Handle online visa and migration applications via official portals
Process immigration cases for Europe and other countries
Prepare, review, and submit visa documentation accurately
Guide clients on visa requirements, timelines, and procedures
Maintain application records and follow up with authorities
Assist with basic accounts-related tasks and fee tracking
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification (preferred)
Certification or training in immigration/visa services is an advantage
Previous experience as a Migration Officer / Visa Consultant preferred
Hands-on experience with online immigration portals
Strong understanding of European & international visa procedures
Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
Strong knowledge of overseas visa & immigration procedures
Basic accounts knowledge
Excellent documentation & organizational skills
Client handling and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and confidentiality
