The Office Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks while supporting coordination between clients, sales teams, and management. The role ensures smooth office operations and effective communication in both English and Arabic.
Coordinate daily office activities and administrative functions
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Support sales and leasing teams with documentation and scheduling
Maintain records, files, and internal reports
Assist management with coordination and follow-ups
Bachelorβs degree or relevant administrative qualification (preferred)
Prior experience in office coordination or administration preferred
Experience in real estate or sales support is an advantage
Fluent in English & Arabic (Arabic is mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Qatar local areas (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic sales knowledge is an added advantage
Computer literacy (MS Office, email handling)
Transferable visa / valid NOC
Presentable personality and professional attitude
