The Real Estate Leasing Consultant manages leasing activities by matching suitable tenants with available properties. The role ensures smooth leasing transactions and long-term client satisfaction.
Source and manage tenants for residential and commercial properties
Conduct property inspections and viewings
Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements
Coordinate documentation and handover process
Achieve leasing targets and maintain client database
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification (preferred)
Minimum 2+ years experience as a Leasing Consultant in Qatar
Proven leasing performance and deal closure history
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Negotiation and customer handling skills
Knowledge of leasing procedures and documentation
Time management and multitasking ability
Valid Qatar ID (QID)
Transferable visa / NOC
Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred)
