Location: Doha, Qatar
The BMS Operator will monitor, operate, and troubleshoot BMS systems to ensure optimal building performance. The role involves system supervision, alarm handling, and coordination with maintenance teams.
Operate and monitor BMS through Niagara 4 platform
Identify alarms, faults, and system abnormalities
Coordinate with technicians for corrective actions
Maintain logs, reports, and system records
Minimum 3 Years Technical Diploma
Original & Attested Certificates Mandatory
Minimum 5 Years experience in BMS maintenance & operations
Hands-on experience with Niagara 4 platform
Original experience certificates mandatory
BMS troubleshooting & monitoring
Basic computer & laptop operations
Basic English communication
Attention to detail & system awareness
