The Steelwork Package Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of steel structures, covering design coordination, fabrication, erection, and final handover. The role ensures technical accuracy, program control, and commercial compliance on large-scale projects.
Manage the complete steelwork package from pre-construction to handover
Oversee fabrication, erection, installation, and final commissioning
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
Develop, monitor, and control the steelwork scope and project program
Coordinate timelines with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate with design consultants, engineers, and stakeholders
Review drawings, calculations, and technical submissions
Ensure compliance with project and international standards
Manage contracts, variations, claims, and cost control
Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams
Ensure contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle
Supervise site activities related to steel structures
Coordinate erection teams and ensure safety compliance
Monitor quality, progress, and site performance
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering
Professional certification is an added advantage
Proven experience handling the same scope of work
Must have worked on large-scale, complex steel buildings or systems
Strong background in industrial or heavy steel construction projects
Steel structure design & construction expertise
Strong project and program management skills
