Job Description (2 Lines):
Responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare BOQs, variations, final accounts, and ensure project costs are managed efficiently.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects
Skills & Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and cost management
• Familiar with construction standards and procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel and QS software
• Good communication and analytical skills
