HR Supervisor (Male/Female)

Location: Doha , Qatar
Salary: QR 7,000 (All-inclusive)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field

Job Description:
The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the company's human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
• Coordinate with management to develop staff training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
