🧾 POSITION DETAILS

🔹 Job Title: Admin cum HR Assistant

Reporting To: Admin / HR Manager


📌 JOB DESCRIPTION (2 Lines):

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and provide full support to HR operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance.

  • Assist in recruitment, employee documentation, coordination with suppliers, and general administrative responsibilities.


🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔸 Administration Duties:

  • Manage daily office activities and routine administrative tasks.

  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.

  • Coordinate and fix meetings with clients and suppliers via phone calls and emails.

  • Provide administrative support to staff and management as required.

  • Source and coordinate with local manpower suppliers and freelancers.

🔸 Human Resources Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reports.

  • Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.

  • Handle employee queries related to HR and administrative matters.


🎓 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management or related field.


🧠 SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor documentation

  • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

  • Ability to multitask and work independently


⏳ EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in Admin & HR role

  • Qatar / GCC experience preferred

  • Experience in contracting or construction companies is an advantage

  • Locally available in Qatar
