Reporting To: Admin / HR Manager
Handle day-to-day office administration and provide full support to HR operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance.
Assist in recruitment, employee documentation, coordination with suppliers, and general administrative responsibilities.
Manage daily office activities and routine administrative tasks.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
Coordinate and fix meetings with clients and suppliers via phone calls and emails.
Provide administrative support to staff and management as required.
Source and coordinate with local manpower suppliers and freelancers.
Assist in recruitment processes, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reports.
Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
Handle employee queries related to HR and administrative matters.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration / Management or related field.
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor documentation
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Minimum 2–4 years experience in Admin & HR role
Qatar / GCC experience preferred
Experience in contracting or construction companies is an advantage
Locally available in Qatar
