Job Description

 POSITION 2: HSE TRAINER

No. of Positions: Limited

📌 Job Description:

• Plan and deliver HSE training programs, inductions, and refresher courses for site personnel.

• Monitor training effectiveness, maintain records, and promote a strong safety culture across the project.

🎓 Qualification:

• B.Tech / Diploma

• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA

• Train-the-Trainer Certification (Preferred)

🧠 Skills Required:

• Excellent presentation & training delivery skills

• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas HSE standards

• Ability to develop training materials & safety modules

• Leadership and mentoring capability

⏳ Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 10 years experience

• Proven Oil & Gas project training experience required
