Operate and monitor Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Maintain process stability and respond to alarms and operational deviations.
Operate DCS panels for continuous plant operations
Monitor process parameters and respond to alarms
Coordinate with field operators and shift supervisors
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Report abnormalities and assist in troubleshooting
Maintain accurate operation logs and shift reports
Diploma / Technical Certification in Instrumentation, Process, or related field
Strong knowledge of DCS operations
Understanding of Oil & Gas process systems
Ability to analyze alarms and trends
Good communication and teamwork skills
Minimum 3–5 years experience as a DCS Operator
Oil & Gas plant experience is mandatory
