Manage cost control, contracts, and commercial activities for civil construction projects. Ensure accurate estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender evaluations
Manage contracts, variations, and claims
Monitor project budgets and cost forecasts
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
Coordinate with project managers and consultants
Ensure contractual compliance and cost optimization
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
Excellent cost control & commercial management skills
Proficiency in Excel, estimation software, and reporting
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Minimum 8–12 years experience in civil construction projects
Qatar / GCC experience highly preferred
