Ensure implementation of HSE policies at marine and offshore project sites. Monitor daily operations to maintain compliance with marine safety standards and regulations.
Enforce HSE rules and marine safety procedures at site
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and inspections
Monitor lifting operations, vessel activities, and marine equipment
Identify hazards and implement risk control measures
Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA
Marine safety certification is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of marine HSE practices
Risk assessment & incident investigation skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
Ability to work in offshore / marine environments
Minimum 3–5 years of marine project safety experience
GCC experience preferred
