Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for ELV projects. Ensure compliance with MOI regulations and client specifications during tendering and bidding stages.
Prepare detailed ELV cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work for ELV systems
Strong involvement in CCTV projects as per MOI regulations
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
Prepare technical submittals and assist in value engineering
Evaluate vendor quotations and ensure cost optimization
Support pre-bid and post-bid technical clarifications
Bachelor’s Degree (UPDA Certified) in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering or related field
Excellent knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, SMATV, Structured Cabling, AV, etc.)
Strong understanding of MOI standards & regulations for CCTV
Proficient in estimation tools, Excel, AutoCAD, and BOQ preparation
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tenders and tight deadlines
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in ELV Estimation
Qatar / GCC project experience is mandatory
Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
