Responsible for implementing site safety policies and ensuring compliance with Oil & Gas HSE standards. Monitor daily site activities to prevent accidents and unsafe practices.
Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and site inspections
Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with client, company, and regulatory HSE requirements
Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare detailed reports
Monitor PPE usage and maintain safety records and documentation
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and workers for safe operations
B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline
NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
IOSH / OSHA (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas safety standards
Excellent hazard identification & risk assessment skills
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently on project sites
Familiar with PTW, JSA, HIRA, and emergency procedures
Minimum 3 to 5 years of Oil & Gas project experience
GCC experience is highly preferred
