Job Description (2 lines):
The Architectural Inspector monitors architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect architectural works including finishing and fit-out
Ensure works comply with approved drawings and project specifications
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site engineers
Report non-conformance issues and follow corrective actions
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in architectural inspection
Experience in Ashghal or large infrastructure projects preferred
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of architectural standards and finishes
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Good documentation and reporting skills
