Job Description (2 lines):
The HSE Officer ensures implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site in compliance with Ashghal and Qatar regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE plans as per Ashghal standards
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Ensure compliance with QCS, Ashghal, and project HSE requirements
Prepare safety reports, incident investigations, and corrective actions
Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in infrastructure or construction projects
Mandatory Requirement:
Ashghal Approval (Mandatory)
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations in Qatar
Excellent reporting and communication skills
Ability to enforce safety culture on site
