ICH Qatar, a growing company in the food production industry, is hiring a QC & Food Production Supervisor to support quality assurance and daily production operations. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Description (2 lines):
The QC & Food Production Supervisor ensures food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained while supervising daily food production activities for smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor and control food production processes to meet quality standards
Conduct routine quality checks and inspections
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Maintain production and quality control records
Coordinate with production staff to ensure efficient workflow
Report quality issues and support corrective actions
Assist in improving production efficiency and product consistency
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in food production or QC
Experience in food factories or commercial kitchens is an advantage
Basic knowledge of food production and quality control standards
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented personality
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
Good communication and coordination skills
Immediate joining preferred
