Job Description (2 lines):
The ELV Draftsman & BIM Modeler will prepare detailed ELV drawings and BIM models in coordination with engineering and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ELV shop drawings and BIM models
Coordinate clash detection and model updates
Revise drawings as per site and consultant feedback
Ensure compliance with project specifications
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Drafting
Experience:
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in ELV drafting and BIM modeling
Skills & Requirements:
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools
Knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, FA, Data)
Strong coordination and documentation skills
