Job Description (2 lines):
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial control for civil construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation
Monitor project costs, variations, and final accounts
Evaluate subcontractor claims and payment certificates
Coordinate with project and engineering teams
Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Experience:
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil construction projects
Strong exposure to building and infrastructure works
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of cost control and contracts
Proficient in MS Excel and QS software
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts preferred
